PROGETTO ASCOLTO

Farmol Italy has completed the first step of “Progetto Ascolto”. We truly appreciate the perspectives of our Team, and this initiative was designed to understand how each aspect of our company is perceived and can be improved.

We held discussions through focus groups and workshops and consider the shared feedback as an early step in our journey towards creating a highly stimulating workplace for all. Step 2 is starting – turning feedback into actions!
